American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has decided to put his stunning Beverly Hills compound on the market, complete with a gobsmacking price tag of $115.5 million (US $85 million).

The radio and TV star doesn’t spend as much time in LA anymore, choosing to live in New York City where he hosts the morning talk show ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan”.

So the 45-year-old decided to put his LA home up for sale, which he originally bought from talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres for around $53 million (US$39 million) in 2012.

DeGeneres reportedly assembled the entire compound during her five years of ownership by combining four separate properties.

The sale, if Seacrest achieves the asking price listed, would mean he’d be more than doubling his money in the investment.

The home is described as one of Beverly Hills most private and secluded estates, according to its listing.

The sprawling contemporary compound sits on just over three acres, featuring a 840 sqm main house, which has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The luxurious main home boasts high-end features like a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a plush movie theatre, a spa and a mediation garden with a reflecting pond.

Also on the grounds are two guesthouses, gorgeous pool with pool house and separate fitness facility and underground garage.

Resort-like grounds with city and ocean views surround the property, topped off with large outdoor living/dining areas, and manicured lawns.

Seacrest reportedly isn’t completely done with Los Angeles though — he will still commute to host American Idol, according to TMZ.

Earlier this year, Aussie Chris Hemsworth put his stunning Malibu house on the market, Josh Brolin ditched LA for Atlanta, Joe Rogan recently moved to Texas, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved north up the coast to Montecito, California.

Kiss frontman Gene Simmons also recently listed his long time Los Angeles estate, saying “California and Beverly Hills have been treating folks that create jobs badly and the tax rates are unacceptable.”
