The stylish home on an 882 sqm block is attracting plenty of interest from interstate buyers lured by its promise of an adrenalin-charged aquatic lifestyle, said marketing agent Sonja Smith, of Luxure.
“We are definitely receiving a lot more interstate interest for this property, and the direct water access with two water views — the Broadwater and the canal — is just one of the aspects that makes it really appealing,” Ms Smith said.
“The quality construction of this home is really outstanding, and you have the priceless location with bridge-free access to the Broadwater.”
The fun feature-packed home has a full-sized indoor squash court which doubles as a basketball court, 10-car showroom-style garage, and pool with heated spa and a waterfall.

There’s also a 12-seat surround-sound tiered cinema and bar, accessed via a grotto set in the internal rock walls, as well a pontoon.
Then there’s the double jet ski garage and wet room dubbed the, “secret agent James Bond room” by home owner Michael Kuhne.
The concealed room is set within the exterior wall of the property and accessed by a 4 tonne hydraulic door.
A nine-person glass lift connects all four levels of the home, which was built over 2.5 years by architects who visited theme parks for inspiration.
“I asked one of my architects and engineer to head down to Wet’n’Wild to find out how they constructed their rock walls,” Mr Kuhne said.
“From this we then designed my indoor waterfall feature.”
The home’s top floor is a penthouse-style master bedroom retreat with a luxurious bathroom featuring a round spa, as well as a gym and kitchenette.
Mr Kuhne had listed the home for sale for $11.8m with a different agent in 2017. Ms Smith said inquiry was now strong since the property was, “priced to meet the market”.
