Block host sold on a holiday pad in NSW

THE Block host Scott Cam has quietly picked up a south coast home, spending $670,000 on a Narrawallee pile just north of Mollymook.
What's more, he nabbed a bargain, as the Normandy St property last traded for $680,000 in 2004.
It was on the market at a considerably higher asking price several months before its sale earlier this year.
The property, on a 1182sq m block, no doubt provides a tranquil getaway for Cam, his wife Ann and their three children, as it has a four-bedroom freshly renovated house, a saltwater pool and a separate guest wing off the garage.
Cam joins other television personalities spending up on south coast properties, including Nine personality and former MasterChef champ Julie Goodwin, whose holiday retreat is a clifftop house near Narooma, and Jane Turner of Kath & Kim fame, who has a coastal home near Bermagui.
The Block's finale drew the second-biggest audience of the year with 2.72 million, although this was down compared with last year's finale audience of 3.37 million.
