The My Kitchen Rules co-host and celebrity chef Pete Evans and wife, the model turned nutritionist Nicola Robinson, have decided to lease their former Malabar home (pictured below).

They’ve recently moved into their forever home, just down the street, which they had been building for the past few years.

The spa is located right next to the barbeque area.

Their former home was pulled from auction last month, when would-be buyers were being told by NG Farah agent Peter Goulding that similar homes were selling for between $2.5 million and $3 million.

Around $3 million was sought when it was briefly listed two years ago. The couple have instead quickly secured tenants, having asked $1600 a week, through NG Farah leasing agents James Daniel and Grace Lavorato.

The home cost them $1.44 million in 2013 having been built in 2008. It has five bedrooms and a designer commercial kitchen which opens on to a ground level wraparound ­courtyard.

Evans and Robinson have ­enhanced the size of the courtyard, which now features a swimming pool along with more entertaining space complete with barbecue and fireplace.

The upper level terrace, off the curved media room and master bedroom, has ocean views.

Their new home replaced a 1960s knockdown that cost them $1.27 million in 2014.

To build the two-level, Metricon-designed home which features a roof terrace and magnesium swimming pool cost the pair about $1 million.

The couple wed in a secret ceremony in late 2016 on their farm.

The controversial celebrity chef made headlines earlier this week when he endorsed a podcast supporting the views of an anti-vaxxer who encouraged parents to not listen to doctors’ calls to vaccinate their children.

It comes after Evans said in 2016 there was no need for sunblock.
