Former premier turned Optus executive Gladys Berejiklian has rented out her Northbridge home, heightening speculation she has moved in with her partner, barrister Arthur Moses.

Her former home cost $1.6m in 2016, when she was the hardworking NSW Treasurer.

The three-bedroom townhouse found tenants earlier this month, one week after its listing at $1250 a week.

Realestate.com.au puts Northbridge’s three-bedroom rental at a $1097 median, down around 5 per cent over the past year.

It’s been two years since news broke of the budding romance between then-premier and Moses, who had represented Berejiklian at the Independent Commission Against Corruption hearings into her ex-boyfriend, former Liberal MP Daryl Maguire.

The rumour of their relationship spread among Sydney’s legal and political circles, with confirmation disclosed in June 2021 by Ms Berejiklian’s sister Mary in an Instagram post of the couple with the caption “Glad and her boo”.

Quickly dubbed Sydney’s hottest power couple, it has not yet been confirmed they now reside at the $7.2m Northbridge house Moses bought in late 2021.

Berejiklian, who remains active in party preselection matters, according to The Sunday Telegraph kept the leasing matter close.

It was leased through Hockeys Property, which is the extended family company of the former federal Liberal treasurer Joe Hockey.

She bought in Northbridge after selling her North Willoughby townhouse for $980,000, having paid $626,000 in 2008.
