“We constructed the castle from limestone imported from Mount Gambier, since we wanted the property to be a different colour of stone used for the facade.
“Our family has a lot of talented musicians, my wife is a fantastic pianist and so we gifted her a piano for Christmas. Having a property with good acoustics was also important to my son, who is a professional musician.
“We’ve enjoyed our time here, but we’d love for an extend family to move into the property and live among the possums and wallabies!”

Potential buyers can profit from the property by either transforming it into an Airbnb, a permanent rental home, or used for events like weddings.

Ms Stenner told The Daily Telegraph that the multiple living areas set the Springfield property apart from its neighbours.
