A former bond trader turned professional poker player is rolling the dice on a huge $15m play.
Former bond trader turned professional poker player Jason Pritchard is having a second shot at selling his architectural sanctuary in Mosman.
Two years ago his five-bedroom home with northerly views over Balmoral Beach came to market with a guide of $16.5 million to $18 million.
The Gordon St property didn’t sell so Jason and his wife Alison decided to hold.
Now they are back on the market with another agent and a revised price guide.
Their pavilion style home now has a guide of $14.5m to $15m and goes under the hammer on April 10 through Ray White Lower North Shore.

The couple engaged renowned architect Simon Vaughan to build their home in 2011 creating a timeless style on level land.
They enjoy water views from the north-facing home, all-day sunlight and the convenience of being able to walk to the beach.
They also built with sustainability in mind, there is a 6-star BASIX energy efficiency rating, commercial glass doors and windows, solid double brick and concrete construction and hydronic floor and panel heating.
Plus there are four rainwater tanks for garden irrigation.
The kitchen has a 3.7m stone benchtop, a galley-style butler’s pantry and European appliances.
The bathrooms have heated limestone floors and outside is a self-cleaning 15m lap pool and outdoor gym.
