Adele is ready to live out her LA dream in a stunning new home with boyfriend Rich Paul.
The chart-topping artist has reportedly bought Sylvester Stallone‘s massive custom estate, according to TMZ.
The 34-year-old singer purchased the Rocky star’s mansion in the exclusive neighbourhood, confirming the news in a photo she posted to Instagram with Paul outside the home.
And she’s managed to get a monumental discount on the deal too, agreeing to pay a reported $58 million (A$82.8m).

While that is still a jaw-dropping sum, the Hollywood actor and director first placed his custom-built mansion on the market for a whopping $110 million (A$168m) in January 2021.
After about four months with no takers, the action star reduced the price to $85m, before eventually selling for $58m, according to Realtor records.
Built in 1994 by Stallone after he bought the land in the 1990s, the mansion offers an array of unique amenities.
Set on more than 1.4ha, the eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate is located in the celebrity-filled, guard-gated enclave of Beverly Park.
If there’s any doubt who owned the home previously, the actor’s likeness can be spotted in artwork and memorabilia in almost every room — and in a bespoke statue of Rocky out by the pool.
The two-storey entry steps down into the formal living room, and the main level also features two powder rooms, a formal dining room, a massive kitchen, a breakfast room, and an office.
Naturally, a movie star’s home features a top-of-the-line home theatre.

Other luxe highlights include a gym, cigar room, and a custom bar with steel-framed French doors that open to a putting green and landscaped grounds.
A lavish main bedroom suite features a sauna, steam room, and an office with a terrace.
Visitors, like Rich Paul’s lifelong friend and business partner LeBron James, may also come crash to the two-storey, two-bedroom guesthouse with kitchen, designed by Richard Landry, an architect favoured by celebs.
Outside, the large lot offers a patio, infinity pool, and spa, along with an eight-car garage and an art studio. The level lawn also looks out on astonishing city views.
Stallone has moved to Florida and left behind neighbours like Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington, and Sofia Vergara in the Beverly Park estate.
When it landed on the market last year for $110 million, “the estate was overpriced from the beginning,” Jill Epstein, an agent at Nourmand & Associates, told Realtor.
The agent doesn’t feel that Adele scored a huge deal on the home, and believes that the reported price is close to what the property is truly worth.
“Adele did pay a fair market value for the property in this neighbourhood,” she said.
“Because homes in this neighbourhood are at such a high price point, they can often sit on the market for many months and will see multiple price reductions before finally being sold.”
