Now it is going to auction on July 4, has a $16m guide and Bernard Ryan, of Ray White Lower North Shore, heads up the fresh campaign.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion at 25 Beauty Point Rd was built in 2017 for art connoisseur Tony Gu and businesswoman Jean Gu.
