The renovated five-bedroom home at 2 Scenic Place, Arthurs Seat — which the former cricket WAG is believed to have used as a retreat with ex-husband Shane Warne — is being sold privately with a $3.5 million price guide.
The property’s sellers purchased it from Callahan in 2012, with CoreLogic records showing it changed hands for $1.5 million.

They also indicate she bought the weekender for $1.225 million in March 2008.
Kay & Burton, Flinders, agent Meg Pell said the current owners had since renovated and extended the house.
This included adding a bedroom and laundry, and spending “a lot of money on the garden” by planting an orchard, she said: “It’s a steeped site and all the retaining walls needed redoing.
“They did all that, planted an easy-care garden and extended the decking around the pool.”
The private 4700sq m property features a pool and tennis court and offers views of the national park and water.
There are four bedrooms in the main residence, plus a fifth in a self-contained cottage.
Ms Pell said the property was great for entertaining and most of the groups interested would use it as a weekender.
