Roos and his wife Tami have $5.5-$6 million price hopes for the luxury four-bedroom residence.
The couple upsized into the property in 2016, when CoreLogic records show it fetched $3.85 million. News Corp reported at the time that they bought it from former Fitzroy and St Kilda player Allan Sinclair, whose son Callum lines up for Sydney.
Roos was inducted into the Australian football Hall of Fame following a stellar career comprising 356 games for Fitzroy and Sydney as a player and 268 matches as coach of Sydney and Melbourne.

He notably coached the Swans to a 2005 flag and earned seven All-Australian jackets as a player plus one as coach, and later carved out a media career as a Fox Footy analyst.
Marshall White Bayside’s Matthew Pillios and Chisholm & Gamon’s Torsten Kasper have listed the property, which is being marketed as “a superbly built home (on) a premier Brighton street” that was “designed to effortlessly meet the demands of a modern family”.
Mr Pillios declined to comment on the listing.
But he previously told the Herald Sun: “There’s heaps of footballers in Brighton. I speak to former Melbourne footy coach Paul Roos a lot about property generally, he loves to know what’s going on in the local market.”
The sleek open-plan dining and living space features American oak flooring and a gourmet kitchen with a large marble bench, butler’s pantry and adjoining wine cellar.
It also flows out to an “outdoor oasis” offering a covered alfresco deck with a built-in barbecue and fireplace, plus a pool and spa.
There’s another living room on the ground floor and the four upstairs bedrooms include an impressive main featuring its own retreat, balcony, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
Roos and his wife have made a few property moves in recent years, selling a contemporary Elwood house for $3.27 million in 2016 and an apartment in coastal Sydney suburb Coogee for $3.1 million in 2017.
