Moonee Ponds: House owned by TV, radio host Ed Kavalee and Biggest Loser’s Tiffiny Hall sells
Have You Been Paying Attention? star Ed Kavalee and fitspo wife Tiffiny Hall have sold a Moonee Ponds pad after the renovated weatherboard gained plenty of attention from buyers.

In 2019, Hall and Kavalee released a book titled A First Time For Everything about their first year as parents.
A single-fronted weatherboard house at 89 Eglinton St, Moonee Ponds, owned by the pair was snapped up for $1.5m prior to its planned September 9 auction this weekend.
Rendina Real Estate Kensington’s Lou Rendina declined to comment on the property’s price or the vendors, but public documents list Kavalee and Hall as the owners.
Mr Rendina described the house as “a beautiful home, renovated with three bedrooms”.
Featuring hardwood floors and high ceilings, the lower level’s main bedroom has an ensuite and built-in wardrobes.
The open-plan living and dining area boasts a wood fireplace and the kitchen has a central island bench.
A balcony and laundry as well as storage and cellar spaces are among the other drawcards.
Mr Rendina said a “lovely couple” expecting a baby had purchased the house after more than 30 groups inspected the property.
“It’s a lovely home within a walking distance to Puckle St and Moonee Ponds West Primary School,” he added.
Eglinton St was also formerly home to one-time Australian Labor Party leader the federal Minister of Government Services Bill Shorten and wife Chloe.
In 2019, the husband and wife sold a five-bedroom house in the street where they had lived for a decade.
Mr Rendina said as the weather became warmer, spring was gearing up to be a busy period.
“October looks to be a very good book of auctions and also the second week of November,” he said.
