Henderson, originally from Birregurra, teamed up with designers The Simple Collective as well as builder Dave Farrelly and his team at Creative Lifestyle Homes to build the house.
The split-level contemporary residence occupies a 668sq m block near the beach and RACV Resort.
Marketing for the property shows ocean and treetop views are offered from the beachside haven, along with quality finishes throughout, including the recycled timber staircase and outdoor entertainment area, American oak flooring and a rumpus room feature wall of reclaimed bricks.
The floorplan has multiple indoor and outdoor living zones designed to make the most of the north-facing aspect.
A cracking kitchen with a huge island bench, striking black timber veneer cabinetry and walk-in pantry is a highlight of the upper level, along with the retreat-like main bedroom that has a walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite.
The property has electric front gates, an alarm system, intercom and over-size double garage with internal and rear access.
Other features include hydronic heating, split-system cooling, ceiling fans and electric blinds in the main living zone.
Henderson has played 171 AFL games for the Cats, Carlton and Brisbane Lions.
The tall defender was delisted by Geelong at the end of the 2019 season, but was reselected with pick 35 of the rookie draft.
