Jarryd Blair: former Collingwood forward sells in Sandringham
Ex-Collingwood forward Jarryd Blair had finally disposed the black and white townhouse he built in Sandringham after being delisted from the team last year.
Collingwood premiership player Jarryd Blair has booted his black and white Sandringham property project.
The retired forward scored $1.36 million for the townhouse he built at 2/231 Bluff Rd, which was listed in September and passed in on a vendor bid at an October auction.
Buxton Sandringham agent Matthew Gray said the four-bedroom pad sold in private negotiations.

“It was a buyer who had been through some other properties listed with Buxton and we recommended she come and have a look,” Mr Gray said.
“She hasn’t actually spotted it online because it wasn’t the type of property she was looking at, but once she came through she liked what she saw and we got the deal done.”
Blair helped the Pies secure a premiership in 2010, which was his debut year. He played 143 games for the club before being delisted in 2018.
Blair originally bought the block where he built two townhouses for $850,000 in May 2014, CoreLogic shows.
He recruited Mr Gray, former AFL player manager to Andrew Krakouer, Nathan Lovett-Murray and Warwick Capper, as the selling agent for his first property project.
Mr Gray said Blair was happy to get a deal done before the end of the year.
“I don’t think he has any plans for more developments at the moment, but in the future I believe he’ll be looking at new projects,” he said.
