The five-bedroom home, set to change hands for the first time, sits on 0.5ha and boasts it’s very own roundabout through a double-gated entry.

North East Real Estate sales agent Mark Dilliow said the home was a one-of-a-kind.

“There’s nothing you can compare it to, especially not in this part of town,” he said.

“Established elegance is not stretching the truth.”

The Italian owners built the double-brick home in 1985 and Mr Dillow said it was “built to last” with the use of 62,000 bricks.

“It won’t be blowing over in a hurry, that’s for sure,” he said.

“The owners built this property to last them a lifetime; they put their heart and soul into it.”

The family home showcases “immaculately presented original interiors” throughout its five bedrooms, billiards room, games room, two lounges and an opulent formal dining room.

Circular bedrooms, soaring cathedral ceilings and arched entries add to the unique European design of the property.

The home also features porcelain tiles, slate flooring, polished wooden ceilings and built-in wood fireplaces, adding to that old-world charm.

“When you walk in it gives you a great feel, this different sense of style that you don’t find in your everyday house,” Mr Dillow said.

“It’s old fashion with so much class, a truly unique home.”
