When the COVID-19 lockdown is over, there are certain grandkids who will be in for a treat after grandparents purchased a property with an incredible entertainment area.
The four-bedroom Lara house offers an array of lifestyle options from multiple living areas, plus a covered outdoor deck and a backyard spa and solar-heated swimming pool.
The lifestyle elements inspired a couple to make a reserve sea-change and leave their home on the coast.
The house at 14 Weerana Way originally went to auction before the State Government put a halt to public auctions and open homes as the number of COVID-19 cases rose.

But Ray White, Lara agent Matthew Wade-Taylor said interest in the 756sq m Grand Lakes Estate home continued especially once it was listed under contract.
The property has sold for $730,000.
“A couple from Ocean Grove have bought it,” Mr Wade-Taylor said.
“It’s an amazing home. I think it was a lifestyle change. People do a sea-change and move that way, but they’ve seen this home.
“They wanted a pool for their grandkids, they wanted the entertaining area for their grandkids.
It was a little bit more space.
“I think they were in a townhouse in Ocean Grove, so this is a little bit more space and different lifestyle out here.”
Mr Wade-Taylor said the buyers weren’t at the auction, but their interest precipitated a flurry of inquiry once the property went under contract.
“It’s always the case. People can see the social proof that someone wants it then they all want it.”

The seven-year-old house is fully equipped for entertaining, with a large undercover deck with zip track bistro blinds overlooking the pool, spa and lawn.
The house also has a 9m-by-7m Colorbond garage with 15 amp power, hot and cold running water and a pot belly heater.
“My vendors have been looking for years for a lifestyle property on acreage and have finally found one, so they’re on their way out to Bannockburn now,” Mr Wade-Taylor said.
