The French provincial-style property at 331 Lower Heidelberg Rd, Eaglemont, in Melbourne's north-east, which was owned by the Blanchett family for 20 years until the early 1990s, will go to auction on Saturday, July 21, the Heidelberg Leader reports.
Ray White Manningham agent Frank Perri said there had been strong interest in the five bedroom, three bathroom house with a price tag around the $2 million mark.
"It's always interesting to be involved with properties that have histories like this," Mr Perri said.
