Barwon Heads property’s artful toilet paper display creates new type of buyer envy
Designer loo roll arrangement at Barwon Heads house creates new kind of buyer envy.
A DESIGNER stack of that most precious commodity — toilet paper — has turned the smallest room in a Barwon Heads house into a big talking point.
The perfectly styled pyramid of loo rolls at 15 Hogan Drive is something most people can only dream about in this time of panic buying.
And it hasn’t gone unnoticed by potential buyers who might be hopeful the valuable bundle is included in the sale.

There’s no deliberate marketing strategy behind the artful stash — it’s pure chance that the rolls have been elevated to decorative status in the bathroom.
Bellarine Property, Barwon Heads agent Peta Walker said it was a sign of the times that the toilet paper stack had become a talking point.
“It’s quite an enviable display,” Ms Walker said.
“We have had a couple of comments about it and when we got that photo in I actually did think about using it as the main photo (online).
“Never before would I have used a toilet photo as the main photo.”
Sadly for the new owners, the toilet paper isn’t included in the fixtures of the property, which is currently tenanted.
But Ms Walker said the classic three-bedroom weatherboard house was flush with other benefits, including its position in an old-school Barwon Heads street that’s walking distance to the shops and river.
The property is listed with a price guide of $1.05 million.
