Combining a dramatic location with contemporary design, RnB Property Group and design studio SRH Architecture have created a boutique block of luxury residences coined Mangata cemented in a unique position perched on a Vaucluse clifftop.

Named for a Swedish word meaning “the road-like reflection of moonlight on water”, Mangata is a collection of four house-sized, full-floor apartments providing convenience and sophistication alongside an enviable ocean backdrop.

The block of just four is being built at 27 Kimberley St, bordering Diamond Bay Reserve, and will be complete in late 2025.

“RnB is one of the eastern suburbs’ most prolific developers, and 1st City and I are proud to partner with this remarkable developer yet again, bringing another landmark development to our beautiful locale,” says selling agent and 1st City partner Yaron Foghel.

“RnB’s legacy of high-quality luxury residences spans the length of the east, from their opulent project facing Christison Park in Vaucluse to the waterfront Bord de L’Eau in Rose Bay and Nangara on Dalley Ave, all with breathtaking harbour vistas – and Mangata now joins these projects.”

The open-plan layouts of each whole-floor apartment include floor-to-ceiling glass doors which seamlessly slide back to reveal the million-dollar ocean views.

Three of the four residences open to wide north-facing terraces large enough for the great entertainer, while the unique ground-floor apartment has its own spacious garden and private swimming pool.

Each home has a host of luxury finishes, from herringbone floors to wool broadloom carpets, slabs of honed marble to champagne brass tapware and fluted glass feature doors.

In each kitchen there are Gaggenau appliances, butler’s pantries and large walk-in cellars.

There is the choice of either three- or four-bedroom footprints with walk-in wardrobes and designer ensuites featuring freestanding bathtubs, stone tiles and marble vanities.

The three- and -four-bedroom apartments, with three bathrooms and double parking, are being sold off the plan. The price guides range between $9,995,000 and $10,995,000.
