Located in the low-key town of Carpinteria, California, this marks the first home that the newlyweds have purchased together.

A few doors down from Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis — as well as Kevin Costner and George Lucas — the home features panoramic ocean, island and coastline views, The Post reports.
O’Brien bought the home in 2015 for $7.9m, records show.
The property last asked $16.5m. Despite the $2m price cut, the late night giant is still walking away with a hefty profit.
The home stands near Santa Barbara, which is considered one of the couple’s preferred destinations.
Kardashian, 43, and Barker, 46, were engaged and legally married in that coastal city.
The move comes after Kardashian hinted on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast that she was looking for a shared place with the Blink 182 drummer, since they were still predominantly living in separate homes.

“We want our kids to also feel really comfortable and they have both lived in their homes their whole lives for the most part, and they each have their rooms and we are a block away,” Kardashian said.
Made up of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home spans over 195 sqm. O’Brien remodelled the home from top to bottom when he first moved in.
The beachside main house features two bedrooms, a great room with a granite kitchen and a breakfast bar, and a soundproof balcony.
On the lower level of the main house, there’s a playroom/gym with a large-screen TV, a laundry room, a changing room with a shower, and a specific space for surfboard/paddle board storage.
The detached guesthouse comes with two levels. On the upper level above the two-car garage is the living room, a kitchenette with a breakfast bar, a bedroom with a ceiling fan, a bathroom and a wraparound deck.
On the lower level is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest suite that can be transformed into a gym, and it also features garden views.
Most of all, the home boasts an impressive 15m of ocean frontage to call your own.
