Kimberly Guilfoyle is reportedly looking to sell the home she shared with Donald Trump Jr.
Kimberly Guilfoyle is reportedly looking to sell the home she shared with Donald Trump Jr following their split.
New York Daily News reports Trump Jr’s ex-fiancee “is looking forward to a fresh start as US Ambassador to Greece”.
The news comes as Don Jr is reportedly living at his new girlfriend US socialite Bettina Anderson’s apartment.
According to Page Six, things are so serious between the new couple that the US President’s son is at Anderson’s Palm Beach home most of the time these days.
“Don Jr. is essentially living with Bettina at her townhouse,” a source told the outlet. “His car is always there. Always.”

Trump Jr and Guilfoyle purchased the Jupiter, Florida, mansion in March 2021 for $US9.7 million ($A15.2 million). The house is now worth about $US14 million ($A22 million).
The home boasts six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It sits on a plum 1.18-acre waterfront lot, Realtor reports.
According to the original listing, the home underwent a “massive update” before it was purchased by the Trump family scion and his partner.
Situated in the upscale neighbourhood of Admirals Cove, the home boasts proximity to a golf course and a marina.
The property is also a 30-minute drive from the Mar-a-Lago resort, which became Trump’s permanent residence after he left the White House following the 2020 election, which he lost to Joe Biden.

Last December, Trump Jr was spotted enjoying a romantic night out with Anderson in Palm Beach.
Shortly after the former “The Apprentice” star’s outing with Anderson, sources claimed to the New York Post that he and Guilfoyle have officially split, and were separated when he moved on with his new love interest.
People report the businessman has been dating his new love interest for six months, alleging that Guilfoyle has “looked the other way” because she “loves the power and lifestyle” that her proximity to the Trump family has afforded her.
News of Trump Jr’s alleged new romance emerged at around the same time that Guilfoyle was picked for a new international role in her once-future-father-in-law’s administration as US ambassador to Greece.
In a statement to Page Six, the President’s son said “Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond.”
He added of Guilfoyle, who is now headed to Greece as US ambassador under Donald Trump, “I could not be more proud of her and the important role she’ll continue to play in my father‘s administration.”
