Justin Timberlake has offloaded his sprawling 127-acre, $11m ranch amid fallout from his DUI arrest and his plummeting popularity.
Justin Timberlake has offloaded his sprawling 127-acre Tennessee property for a cool $US8 million ($A11 million) just weeks before his DUI arrest.
According to the New York Post, the pop star said “Bye Bye Bye” to the Nashville estate in May after dropping the price down from the original $US10 million ($A14.9 million) asking price.
However, the Grammy-winner still managed to double his investment, having bought it for $US4 million in 2015.
Timberlake, a Tennessee native, utilised a trust for his purchase, with an accountant tied to other Timberlake ventures listed as trustee, according to The Sun, which was the first to report on the sale.

It comes as the Cry Me A River singer’s struggles to sell out tickets for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
Ticket sales for the tour have been sluggish sales, with thousands of tickets still available for upcoming dates in Chicago and New York.
Despite this, the tour has already grossed $US140 million ($A209) million, though some of this might be jeopardised following the star’s recent arrest.

The DWI incident occurred with Timberlake reportedly lamenting to the arresting officer, “This is going to ruin the tour.”
The police officer, seemingly unaware of Timberlake’s celebrity status, asked him what tour he was referring to. Timberlake replied, “The world tour.”

Adding to his financial ventures, Timberlake still holds property debt on his Hollywood Hills home, which he listed for $US35 million in 2021 before pulling it off the market.
He’s owned the mansion since purchasing it from actress Helen Hunt for $US8.3 million in 2002.
Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, also sold their Tribeca penthouse for $US29 million in 2022.
Following his arrest, Timberlake has apologised to his tour team and assured them that no dates will be cancelled.
