FAKE Tahitian prince Joel Morehu-Barlow's luxury riverside apartment is up for sale.
The Supreme Court has given the Public Trustee permission to sell the apartment and prestige agent Josephine Johnston-Rowell of Johnston Dixon Quality Property has been appointed to take it to auction.
The "River House'' apartment in the Pietra building in Moray St, New Farm, was bought in 2010 by the man accused of embezzling more than $16 million from Queensland Health.
A date is yet to be finalised for the auction of the two-storey apartment (pictured with Morehu-Barlow) at 91 Moray St, which boasts three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a wine cellar and comes with a pontoon on the Brisbane River.
It also has a home theatre and media room, plus a private pool and courtyard.
Apartments in the building are spread over an entire floor and have views of the Brisbane River and the city.
The finishes include Italian marble and granite.
Property records reveal Mr Morehu-Barlow bought the unit in December 2010 for $5.65 million.
