The property opposite Jennifer Hawkins' house in North Curl Curl in northern Sydney is up for sale, throwing up the attractive potential of popping around to borrow a cup of sugar from the former Miss Universe and her fiance Jake Wall.

There's only one fairly sizeable catch -- the house at No. 26 Molong Street has a price tag of $7.5 million, the Manly Daily reported.

The home was rented out last Christmas for a staggering $15,000 a week and although it has had a few nibbles from likely buyers it hasn't yet sold.

Live next door to Jennifer Hawkins

Hawkins and Wall bought their block of land in the gated estate of Windy Dropdown in June two years ago for $1.375 million.

Renting in Manly at the moment, the A-list couple are set to shortly move into the tri-level home they have had built and are no doubt keenly anticipating who exactly will move in next door.
