Former swimwear model-turned-fashion designer Jodhi Meares has listed her 1880s fisherman's cottage at Watsons Bay.

It appeared on realestate.com.au on Friday, having been very briefly listed in late-August.

There remains a $4.8m price guide through Double Bay agent Calvin Stewart.

The heritage-listed, double-storey home with its baby blue facade sits on a 250sq m holding with harbour glimpses from its location near the Watsons Bay Hotel.

The compact heritage-listed 1880s cottage is one of nine remaining in the so-called fisherman’s cottage group of the original Camp Cove village.

It was bought for $2.75m through Goodyer Real Estate agent Pauline Goodyer in 2017.

It has been Meares’ bolthole while she split her time between Sydney and the US.

The rectangular house, with four picturesque 12-pane windows, has a timber-floored dining room that spills to the rear landscaped garden.

There are four rooms upstairs, each being 3.6m by 3.6m.

Celebrity designer Jodhi Meares.

They include the two bedrooms adjoining the large bathroom, now with a modern tub and shower.

Bedside reading material includes Bob Dylan lyrics and insights into Bob Marley.

Its former laundry is now a garden studio serving as a home office.

Meares established her own swimwear label, Tigerlily Swimwear, in 2000, which later sold to Billabong International for an undisclosed sum.

She created her activewear label The Upside in 2013.

Meares is occasionally spotted with her ex-husband James Packer, being papped with him last Christmas at his Los Angeles mansion on sweaty power walks through Beverly Hills.

Packer recently said she was “still a dear friend and one of the coolest and classiest ladies I’ve ever met”.
