Gen-Y wellness CEO Georgie Stevenson has left her dream beach home after snatching up a luxury acreage pad. TAKE A TOUR
Wellness influencer Georgie Stevenson has splashed $6.5 million on a luxury acreage property with panoramic views, located 15 minutes from the beach.
The Gen-Y CEO and self-described multimillionaire left behind a stunning oceanview mansion, which was listed to rent at $5,500 a week after failing to snag a buyer at the $9.9m asking price.
Stevenson and her partner Tim Crouch made the switch to best suit the needs of their growing family, ahead of the birth of their long-awaited second child.
The 30-year-old heads Naked Harvest Supplements and regularly shares health and wealth insights with about 400,000 social media followers.
The couple paid $7.5m in 2022 for the architecturally designed home they retain at Currumbin.
“We bought our home with the ocean views I’ve always dreamed of,” Stevenson said.
“Now we rent it out to a beautiful couple.
“Our dream has changed and we have bought a property with a lot more grass for the kids.”
Their new Gold Coast home, known as Palm Hill for its prime position on an elevated 4,117 sqm parcel, was built in 2023 by local renovators Angie and Reece Bajada.
The two-storey home includes four bedrooms, a media room, swimming pool and an entertaining pavilion, conceptualised by Reece Keil Design.
Interiors by Studio White are bright and airy, with a striking coastal palette, high raked ceilings, and beautiful stone fireplace.
An open-plan layout and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living areas lends itself to entertaining, with the new owners already hosting family for a housewarming barbecue party.
