The Hollywood superstar was on Monday spotted enjoyed the Bondi surf after keeping a relatively low profile as an honorary local on the weekend.
The Aussie star has a special affinity with Australia’s most famous beach and has been calling it home, a least on a temporary basis, for almost a decade.

Jackman owns a stunning $12m North Bondi penthouse a stone’s throw from the beach.
The Wolverine actor bought the home, which boasts cracking views of the beach itself and the local area, in 2015 for $5.925m, property records reveal.
Given skyrocketing home price rises in exclusive North Bondi since that time, there’s every chance the 3-bed penthouse could be worth double that – the views and location certainly are.
Jackman has previously been spotted in and around Bondi during time off from his busy acting schedule and has often used the home as his Aussie base.
It is listed on executive rental sites for $2400 a night during summer.

According to the sales advertising for the home, in which the architecture and interiors were designed by the well-respected SJB, it was the first new apartment block on North Bondi’s famous Ben Buckler Point for 40 years.
The home which sits on over 210 sqm boasts: panoramic views from the ocean to the sands, luxury finishes throughout, large open plan living and dining, great for entertaining, high ceilings, a cutting edge induction kitchen and brushed oak wide gauge timber floors.
The palatial master bedroom features an ensuite, built-ins and Juliet balconies, there are also minerva limestone bathrooms and ducted air con throughout, direct lift access and double secure parking.
According to PropTrack the media unit price in North Bondi is $1.22m.
