‘It girl’ and top jewellery designer Emma Pillemer has given fans an intimate look into her luxury lifestyle via her ‘$30 million’ mansion.

Will home prices continue to grow in 2025?

‘It girl’ and top jewellery designer Emma Pillemer has given fans an intimate look into her luxury lifestyle via her “$30 million” Sydney mansion.

Pillemer aka Emma Pills – the name she gave to her jewellery brand favoured by celebrities, showcased the stunning blue chip home in one of Australia’s most expensive suburbs in a new YouTube video.

Influencer Pillemer takes viewers through the sleek, contemporary multi level home that boasts a tennis court, pool and epic Sydney Harbour views including a gun-barrel spec of the Harbour Bridge.

The mansion sits high in the hills overlooking the water and is often using for high end photo shoots and promotions by some of Australia’s biggest companies.

The Made in Bondi star, 23, herself has featured in some of the promotions.

From the street, the home is rather unassuming. However once inside, the home reveals the deluxe lifestyle and world class views in all their Sydney glory.

Pillemer leads the viewer through the modern, white marble kitchen with all its mod cons, across the marble floor and beneath the high ceilings that give the home a delightful summer feel.

The kitchen opens up to the patio with a seamless indoor/outdoor flow and an almost 180 degree view which takes in the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and the city skyline including Centrepoint Tower.

Below the patio sits a full size tennis court and next to that a shimmering pool.

The Sydney ‘It’ girl also takes viewers into the five-star master bedroom to enjoy the view from there too.

It also comes complete with top end finishes.

According to property records, the home was bought for $8.5m in 2013.

In 2018 and 2019 a series of development applications were approved, including one for a house-single dwell which resulted in the grand mansion that stands on the property today.

Another house in the same street sold for $23.2m in May 2021.

Since then the median house price in Vaucluse has almost doubled according to PropTrack, so Pillemer’s family home could be worth even more than $30m if it went to market today.

Pillemer grew up in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and launched her jewellery brand after leaving school four years ago.

Her creations have been worn by the likes of Abbie Chatfield, Carrie Bickmore and Natasha Oakley.

“Ever since I was a little girl I absolutely loved jewellery, beading, fashion,” Pillemer has said of her big idea.

“I was a huge dancer when I was younger and growing up and I think that has played a big part in my whole love for beading and jewellery, because I was always beading my tutus.”

She comes from a very successful Eastern Suburbs family. Her father Russell Pillemer co-founded ASX-listed funds management group Pengana in 2003 and has served as CEO ever since. The company has a market cap of $92.54m.

In 2023, Pillemer also created headlines when she was seen partying with YouTuber David Dobrik.
