It’s taken just eight days for T20 superstar Moises Henriques to become more than $8.3m richer.
It took just eight days for NSW cricket captain Moises Henriques to find a buyer for his former matrimonial home in Clovelly.
Listed at $7.5 million guide, it fetched $8.3 million-plus.
He built it with his ex-wife, one-time KIIS FM newsreader Krista Thomas, in 2019 after paying $3.125 million for an original 1930s home a year prior.

The contemporary home has five bedrooms, with one used as a home office.

The main living and accommodation space is upstairs, to allow for ocean views from the wide entertainers’ terracing that opens from the living room.
The living room is next to the Miele-fitted kitchen with a striking bespoke island that doubles up as a dining table. The space opens to a rear alfresco area with built-in outdoor barbecue under skylights.
Last month, Henriques secured Randwick Council approval to include a pool into the Secret Gardens landscaping. Henriques was the youngest NSW one-day debutant and has been a mainstay in the Sixers since 2011.
In his 205 T20 matches, Henriques has scored 3775 runs and his fast-medium pace bowling has delivered 108 wickets.

The Daily Telegraph revealed Henriques was dating Weekend Today co-host Sophie Walsh in February.
