PropTrack data shows it was the most-viewed property in Queensland this week among listings on realestate.com.au.
The unique estate is marketed by Harcourts Connections agents Melissa Brooker and Tahlia McCosh.
It is listed without a price, but last sold for $1.54m in 2020.
