Former Qantas chief Geoff Dixon and his wife, Dawn, have $10m hopes for their extraordinary Darling Point home, which is set to hit the market.

The luxurious two-level residence at 1/44 New Beach Road has uninterrupted gun-barrel views of the Harbour Bridge across d’Albora Marina and is listed with Raine and Horne Double Bay’s Alex Lyons.

Dixon was in the top job at Qantas between 2001 and 2008 and was succeeded by the current CEO Alan Joyce. He was also on the Crown Resorts board between 2007 and 2019.

The couple, who bought the three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Elandra in Dawn’s name for $8.65m in 2016 from Acme marketing director Victor Topper and his wife, Sandra, are now looking to downsize.
