Aussie Natalie Jacobson, who makes her money as a personal shopper is now $43 million richer after securing a next-level deal.
The Bellevue Hill mansion for fashion stylist and personal shopper Natalie Jacobson has sold for circa $43m.
And the word is she and hubby “Wazza” are already planning their next one.
The five-bedroom recently completed three-level home at 16 March St on a 1278 sqm block came with a resort style heated magnesium pool, championship-grade tennis court with lighting, state-of-the-art gym, infra-red sauna and cinema.
It had been listed with Ray White Double Bay’s Ashley Bierman and Elliott Placks with a $46m guide for just short of three weeks.

It’s understood private equity investor Nick Speer and his wife, Camilla, snapped up the incredible residence in a deal on Saturday night, via buyer’s agent Simon Cohen of Cohen Handler.
The deal smashes the previous street record of $25.2m last January for a home across the road.
Jacobson and her husband, Warren, CEO of Camp Australia, bought the March St home for $8,625,000 in 2017 and rebuilt to a Nick Tobias design on the 1278 sqm block.

Master builders The Construction Connection with KA Design Studio completed the rebuild, with interiors by Matter + Made and landscape by Myles Baldwin Design.
There were multiple formal and informal living spaces designed for ultimate entertaining and a sun-drenched terrace with integrated barbecue, gas fireplace and panoramic views.
The parent’s retreat city skyline views and across to Rose Bay towards Manly.
