Mr Pearce said potential buyers were loving the garden during open home inspections.

“It’s nice to have a bit of an extravagance,” he said.

“There’s a water reticulation system up there and they have a gardener who comes to take the weeds out and needs to be suspended on the roof.”

He said the garden was full of natives and only needed to be weeded/maintained every six months.

“It’s nice as you don’t often have gardens in terraces,” he said.

While the garden is on the rooftop of the four bedroom two bathroom terrace, it can be seen from the attic conversion.
