“Since 2014, we have amalgamated eight individual lots to open up over 5300sq m of pure river frontage and deliver an unrepeatable opportunity to create high-end apartments and sprawling green spaces that connect with their natural and urban settings,” he said.

“Gaia will deliver a mix of 215 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences across two stunning 15-storey residential towers, complete with world-class amenities and connectivity to Brisbane’s pedestrian bridges.”

Pikos Group chief executive, Michelle Wooldridge, said Gaia, designed by DKO Architecture, would become a luxury urban retreat merging city living with riverside tranquillity.

“Gaia’s residences will be complemented by the city’s largest private parkland community featuring over 20 wellness and leisure zones exclusively for use by residents,” she said.

“We are excited to deliver such a unique opportunity and level of amenity so close to the heart of Brisbane.

“Over one-and-a-quarter acres, the site provides unprecedented space for extensive amenity and allows residents to be not just connected to nature but immersed in their surrounds.

“Within the parkland, we have incorporated over 20 wellness and leisure zones, including a riverside pool and pool terrace with hot and cold plunge pools, set amongst the landscaped gardens.

Amenities on offer will include access to a private parkland, 20 wellness and leisure zones including a riverside pool and pool terrace with hot and cold plunge pools; indoor/outdoor gymnasium, rooftop entertaining spaces and an outdoor cinema.
