Christina Haack delists $7m home amid ongoing divorce battle with Josh Hall
This Renovation Queen’s divorce battle has taken a surprise turn as she has once again delisted her $7 million farmhouse.
Christina Haack’s divorce battle with Josh Hall has taken an unexpected turn as she has once again delisted her $US4.5 million ($A6.9 million) farmhouse.
The surprise move comes just two months after it was put back on the market in the wake of Hall’s attempts to block its sale.
The TV star, 41, first listed the property back in October, only to take it off the market three weeks later, when it was revealed that Hall, 44, had filed a temporary emergency order to try to halt the sale of the home, which is known as Parker Branch.
Hall — who was living in the Franklin, Tennessee, house when it was listed — claimed the property was put up for sale without his consent, despite him offering Haack a global settlement, which she turned down.
Although the interior designer bought the home before she and Hall were married, he claimed in legal documents that the “paydown of the mortgage during marriage” entitled him to a say in what happened to the property.
But on December 3, the six-bedroom abode was put back on the market, with the same asking price of $US4.5 million ($A6.9 million) — and listed with the same agent, Haack’s good friend Kelly Dougherty.
However, it seems there has been yet another hiccup in the sale of the home as the property was pulled off the market for a second time on February 11, Realtor reports.

The home’s latest removal from the market marks another twist in what has become an increasingly bitter war between Haack and Hall, who announced in July that they were divorcing after less than three years of marriage.
As part of a temporary settlement that was put in place in September, Hall was granted full use of the Tennessee property, provided he did not rent it out to anyone else, while Haack took control of their $US12 million ($A18.5 million) Newport Beach, California, home, which they purchased together.
However, that didn’t stop Haack from trying to find a buyer for the property, prompting outrage from her estranged spouse, who claimed he had been forced to relocate to another dwelling in Tennessee as a result of the home’s listing.
He claimed in court documents that the move had increased his living expenses, alleging that he was “suffering prejudice” as a result of Haack’s decision to try to sell her home.
“The community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage,” he wrote.
“A premature sale may result in prejudice to me as property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which continues to grow in population.
“My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned Stipulation allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation. I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase.”
He filed his temporary emergency order just days after the home was listed on Oct. 5 — and the property was taken off the market exactly three weeks later. It is unclear if Haack was ordered by a judge to remove the listing or if she made the decision of her own accord.

The home at the centre of this latest legal tussle between the estranged spouses, which they had been leasing to short-term rental clients, certainly has plenty of amenities to “enjoy,” including a pool, hot tub, screened porch, and wood-burning fireplace.
The 483 sqm home on 23.82 acres is once again described as a “fabulous modern farmhouse” in its listing.
It was featured on the HGTV star’s latest series, “Christina on the Coast,” giving it something of a celebrity status.
When Haack originally listed the home, she took the opportunity to make a furious jab at her ex, mocking him for changing his Instagram bio location to Leiper’s Fork, where the property is located.
“I guess ‘Leipers Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon. Time to go back to reality,” she began her post.
She then went on to accuse Hall of attempting to “steal” from her and her children, writing: “Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed.
“All about trying to take everything you can … With your mind on my money and my money on your mind …”
She then doubled down with a follow-up statement: “And yes this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family. Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short-term marriage is factual.”
It’s unclear whether Haack’s decision to relist her Tennessee property — which she purchased for $2.5 million in 2021, one year before she wed Hall — will affect the temporary settlement regarding the couple’s shared properties.

Christina Haack’s new TV reno series revealed
The removal of the property from the market comes just days after Haack went “Instagram official” with her new boyfriend, Christopher Larocca, by sharing images of the duo enjoying a romantic getaway on a private jet — just days after she opened up about her bitter divorce from Hall in her latest HGTV show.
The 41-year-old mother of three shared a series of images taken during the couple’s whirlwind trip, one of which showed her perched on 52-year-old Larocca’s lap inside their jet, with the duo both holding glasses of Champagne while beaming at the camera.
In another snap, Haack and Larocca — who is the CEO of Network Connex — embraced each other as they struck a pose in front of the jet. She captioned the images: “Some plane flights must be hard posted.”
