Celebrity pilot Jimmy Nicholson and his wife, travel host Holly Kingston, who met four years ago on hit TV series the Bachelor have made a huge life move after becoming first-time parents.

They moved into their Avalon Beach property just days before the birth of their first child, Lennox, last month
The new parents met on The Bachelor TV reality show, on Channel 10, in 2021, with Holly getting through the countless rose ceremonies while in residence at the Dural mansion, Le Chateau.

The couple’s new four-bedroom, three-bathroom 1980s-built home is set on a tropical sanctuary covering 1323sq m that features tiered landscaping and a pond.
There are open interiors under double-height ceilings, with three separate living zones plus a play room off the kitchen.
It has stacking sliders from all main living zones to its terraces that overlook a firepit and gazebo.
The couple have also installed a baby nursery.
PropTrack calculates the median house price at Avalon Beach is $2.84m, which is based on 115 sales. This is up 1.6 per cent over the year. Prices peaked at $3,187,500 in early 2022.
The house was marketed as being a “whisper-quiet setting” but, like all influencers, they intend shouting out their story.

“We cannot wait to share this next chapter of our lives with you as a family of three as we move to our dream first house on the northern beaches where we both grew up,” they told their social media followers.
Holly has 174,000 Instagram followers and Jimmy has 107,000 who have followed their journey from the wedding at his parent’s house at Palm Beach and on to the pregnancy test.
The Boeing pilot recently sold his two-bedroom, one-bathroom North Bondi apartment for $1,675,000.

It had been listed with a cautious $1.4m to $1.5m price guidance, having been bought for $1.42m in late 2021.
It had a few improvements including updating the bathroom and adding airconditioning.
North Bondi’s median two-bedroom price sits at $1,403,000 – up 11 per cent over the year but still well below its late 2022 peak of $1.53m, according to PropTrack.
The dating show was axed in May after season 11 because of poor ratings.
