White Fox owners buy up $127m block in exclusive Sydney suburb of Vaucluse

These 30-somethings have bought up four adjoining homes with spectacular harbour views in one of Australia’s most expensive suburbs.

The couple behind Aussie fashion label White Fox looks set to build a multi million dollar mansion of epic proportions.

It comes after they dropped about $30 million on a home that neighbours three other properties they’ve already acquired in the exclusive Sydney suburb of Vaucluse.

Georgia Moore and Daniel Contos’ latest buy boasts spectacular views of Sydney Harbour and its iconic bridge, and, along with its three neighbours, carves out a tidy, 4000 sqm chunk of some of the most expensive land in the country.

The three adjoining houses include a $25 million knockdown and a $38 million mansion, both purchased in 2023, as well as the $34.5 million home formerly owned by Andrews Meat wholesaler Peter Andrews.

The pair also owns a stunning 1920s house designed by architect F Glynn Gilling and tastefully modernised by its former owner, interior designer Olivia Babarczy, which is located just 200 metres down the road.

That property was purchased in 2023 for $26 million, bringing the total value of their Vaucluse portfolio to a whopping $150 million.

Their latest purchase was brokered between luxury buyers agent Simon Cohen and D’Leanne Lewis, both of whom are stars of the reality TV series Luxe Listings Sydney.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits on 848 sqm and includes a roofdeck with uninterrupted harbour views.

Alongside their impressive portfolio of residential purchases, Ms Moore and Mr Contos have also recently purchased a five-storey commercial building for $70 million.

The boutique office space in the inner Sydney suburb of Rosebery spans 10,700 sqm and includes parking for 249 cars.

Their reach has grown and grown since they started the business a decade ago when they were in their early 20s, with a bit of help from social media influencers.
