Strathfield home prices smash through the $10 million barrier
House prices in one of the Inner West’s most-sought after suburbs have smashed through the $10m barrier.
Strathfield prices broke through the $9m mark in 2021, but given the delayed settlement terms it was only last month that the official price details emerged.
Dunrobin, the tightly held Llandilo Ave abode, fetched $9.5m in an off-market deal through Joseph Georges, and his father, Sam, of Georges Ellis & Co.

Built in 1905, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house had previously sold for $4.95m in 2007 through Georges Ellis. Dunrobin, which sits on 2757sq m, retains its ornate ceilings, stained glass windows and fireplaces.
It comes with a pool and an all-weather tennis court with lights.
Strathfield price record now sits at $10.9m with another 2021 delayed settlement sale when the Metledge family bought a 1695sq m holding with the 1920s house, Strath Glen, on Strathfield Ave.
