Jackie O moves on after $13m ‘forever home’ sale
Radio star Jackie O is celebrating the $13m sale of her one-time forever home as she moves onto the next chapter of her life.
Radio star Jackie “O” Henderson – who posted her latest working holiday images midweek from Positano on the Amalfi Coast – has in her absence secured the delayed settlement sale of her Woollahra home.
The early July paperwork revealed she pocketed $13m.
The sale dates back to an off market deal in mid-January, with David and Dalia Schnabl emerging as the buyers.

Macquarie Bank holds the first mortgage, with the Schnabl couple securing a second mortgage on the property from her mother, Jennifer Wohl, the Point Piper-based wife of aged-care boss Peter Wohl.
Henderson bought the home for $11m from stockbroker Angus Aitken and his wife Sarah in June 2020. It was bought after leaving the Vaucluse home she’d shared with ex-husband Lee Henderson, whom she split from in 2018 after 18 years together.
Jackie O had been broadcasting the breakfast show from the French Riviera with the honeymooning Kiis FM co-host Kyle Sandilands, with both renting separate villas in St Tropez.

Henderson had attended the onsite oceanfront auction with her daughter Kitty and financial adviser David O’Callaghan.
She reportedly intends pursuing the approved plans for a concrete and steel home for her, Kitty and her pampered cavoodle Sadie.
Jackie is one of the highest-paid personalities in Australia alongside Sandilands, after they signed a contract with ARN Media in 2019 which has them on-air until the end of 2024.
According to PropTrack the median house price in Clovelly is $4.24m, down 12.6 per cent over the past 12 months.
