Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are wasting no time solidifying their future plans together.
The celebrity power couple are reportedly under contract to shell out more than $50 million (AU$67.6 million) for a massive Bel-Air abode spanning more than 1,850 sqm, according to The Post.

Despite the hefty price they are dropping on the property, they still appear to be snagging a $15 million discount on the deal, after the home first went up for sale in February for a whopping $65 million (AU$88 million).
The two lovebirds had been searching for their perfect home for a couple of months, and finally found the perfect home for their blended family, which will offer plenty of room for their children to play.
In 2016, Todd Lemkin, a Texas hedge fund manager, purchased the traditional home for $27.6 million, meaning he made a hefty $23 million profit on the property in 6 years.
The home has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, and is situated on a secluded patch surrounded by trees for optimal privacy.
Known as “The Bellagio Estate,” the property stands on 1.1 acres of land offering views of the nearby golf course and the city, according to the listing.

The primary suite has been labelled the “ultimate retreat”, featuring a sitting room, and double baths and wardrobes.
There is also a two-bedroom staff suite, main kitchen, full catering kitchen, and two additional kitchens — one for staff and another in the guesthouse — the listing explains.
Outdoor amenities include a vast lawn with an infinity edge pool and pocket gardens throughout.
Affleck, 49, and Lopez, 52, rekindled their romance after nearly two decades, last April. They were spotted last summer looking at a $65 million pad in LA’s upscale Holmby Hills neighbourhood.
Meanwhile, Lopez attempted to sell her New York City penthouse, but she took it off the market after four years without any offers.
The pop icon also recently picked up a solar-powered bungalow in the Los Angeles area for just under $2 million.
Lopez shares two children with ex-husband Marc Anthony and Affleck shares three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
