The approximately 440 sqm abode boasts four-bedrooms, and is located in a boutique 57-unit building designed by the architect Jean Nouvel, according to the listing with Noble Black of Douglas Elliman.
The penthouse has soaring 4.3m-high floor-to-ceiling windows and about 343 sqm of outdoor space, including a large roof terrace divided into dining and lounging areas.

Other amenities in the 23-floor building include a lap pool, fitness centre and screening room.
A spokesperson for Mr Jackman couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
The purchase comes as Mr. Jackman and his wife, Deborra-lee Furness, recently listed their triplex in a Richard Meier-designed tower nearby in Manhattan’s West Village for $38.9m (A$56m).
There was speculation that the Aussie movie megastar may also be looking for a hideaway home back in Australia, after wife Deborra-lee Furness’ stepfather inquired about beachfront property in on Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula.
That same home has recently hit the market again, with a $3m price cut.
The 53-year old is best known for starring in Hollywood films such as “Wolverine,” “X-Men”, “Australia” and “The Greatest Showman.”
He is currently starring in “The Music Man” on Broadway in Manhattan.
