A frustrated resident has gone viral after documenting 30 reasons she is at war with her neighbour. But viewers are unsure who is in the right.
A frustrated resident who is in a war with her neighbour over the property line has made a list of all the 30 things they have done.
TikToker Amanda Lynne, who has the username shmandapanda, has shared a timeline of all the rows she has been having with her neighbours since she bought the house, The Sun reports.
Some of the issues would be mild at first such as the neighbour was eavesdropping through the fence or walking into the back yard uninvited.
On another occasion, the neighbour’s landscaper continued to blow grass into the woman’s lawn for a month despite being asked not to.
The neighbour started walking his dog only outside the TikToker’s property, despite the numerous signs she has made
Things quickly escalated with the neighbour calling code enforcer when Amanda’s husband brought home his truck.

- Neighbour becomes overly friendly and passive aggressive
- Neighbour corners me at the side of my property
- We notice the property line has been pushed and it’s not on our survey
- Neighbour starts to eavesdrop through fence in back yard
- Neighbour walks into open garage uninvited
- Neighbour walks into back yard uninvited
- Neighbours landscaper gets aggressive and rude and blows grass in my face
- Landscaper tells neighbour I asked not to blow grass into our yard, neighbours do nothing to stop the behaviour
- Landscaper continues to blow all cut grass from neighbour onto my yard for 4 weeks

- I tell the neighbour to remove the rocks off my property and that they are stealing our property
- Husband brings truck home, they call code enforcer
- Rocks are moved
- Neighbour starts walking dog only in front of my house to use the bathroom
- I made signs asking not to allow your dog to use my yard, I place signs, birds didn‘t read the signs

Some Tiktokers were sympathetic towards Amanda saying she is too nice to put up with that kind of neighbour.
One commented: “its your property you deserve to do what you want with it because you pay for it don‘t let none homeowners tell you other wise Queen.”
Another one said: “you better than me cause I wouldn‘t be so nice.”
One posted: “oh you‘re amazing for putting this timeline up I love you sm im so invested in this whole thing.”
And someone commented: “Some people have nothing better to do. literally had my neighbours have the cops wait for me every morning cause my cars were ”too loud.””
And yet others called her out for being the “nightmare neighbour”.
