Celebrity beach home to make $1.75m in just one year
A beach hideaway popular with celebrities is set to be resold for $1.75m more than when it changed hands just last year.
The Markopoulos family has listed its Palm Beach retreat, which was bought from actor turned children’s book writer Sophie Lee.
The retro, Hamptons-style three-bedroom house is set on a beach and boasts a boatshed.
The Barrenjoey Rd home has $7.5 million hopes with Dennis Kennelly at LJH Palm Beach.
Lee, who bought it from Collette Dinnigan, sold it early last year for $5.75 million.

“The renovated cottage is set directly on the water’s edge and offers a private sandy beach plus an original boatshed and boat ramp. Both levels flow to entertainment decks which provide an outstanding vantage point for watching the sunset.
