Priscilla Model manager Priscilla Leighton-Clark and her partner, antique restorer Patrick Robinson, have a $3.7m guide for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with a car space at 109 Victoria St.
On a 181 sqm block and redesigned by Briony Fitzgerald, it’s set for a forthcoming auction via The Agency’s Ben Collier and Davide Talone.

Leighton-Clark, who appeared on Australia’s Next Top Model, founded Priscillas Model Management more than 30 years ago and has managed Lara Bingle, Erica Baxter and Jodhi Meares.
She bought the 6.2m wide three-storery Victoria Rd property for $2.65m in 2021 and commissioned the grand redesign, which modernised the home while retaining the original features.
The elegant living room opens via French doors to a sunny balcony and there’s a bespoke marble kitchen with integrated appliances and custom joinery.
Along with the two spacious ground-floor bedrooms, there’s a master retreat with walk-in wardrobe, marble ensuite and a leafy outlook.
Luxurious bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails while other attractions are the grand staircase, timber floors and ducted air-conditioning.
Parking is on-site and there’s also the opportunity to lease a second car spot.
The couple are now planning to upsize — to recreate what they have now, but on a larger scale.
