On a 2024sq m block at 5 Richard St in Esk, the house is hidden among an abundance of vegetation.
Listing pictures show a delapidated house with what looks like moss growing on its exterior walls.
Inside, the kitchen has broken cabinets and questionable flooring.
What appears to be a lounge has a TV on the floor and mosaic-style floor covering, probably linoleum or maybe even carpet.
Another room has a mank couch and brown walls that make you scratch your head. Was there a fireplace?
Another room, believed to be a bedroom, has a single bed head but no bed, and two bedside tables.
Filthy curtains hand from a door in another mystery room, while another has black shadowing on the ceiling suggesting mould. .
But there are leadlight windows, high ceilings and VJ walls.
And the floorplan shows one bedroom, a family room, dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two additional “rooms”.
