Seven luxury beachfront townhomes have hit the Mackay property market this week in a new seaside development at Harbour Beach, 10 minutes from the CBD.
The Beach Collective, by national developer Urbex, features two completed townhomes and five ready to build properties, priced from $1.56m.
Urbex Realty General Manager, Craig Covacich, said the residences would appeal to local and interstate buyers seeking low maintenance, high end living on the water.
