All up, River House will have 14 whole-floor luxury residences, with the project in early construction phase on the Brisbane riverfront.
Fortis associate director Dan Boman said they planned to set a new standard for luxurious living in Brisbane to meet the market.
“The sales at River House clearly demonstrate the strong appetite for our offering with each transaction a testament to the current high demand and the exceptional quality Fortis is known for delivering,” he said.
“We are thrilled to see such a positive response from local buyers, and we are thankful for the trust they have put in us and our product.”
Place Kangaroo Point agent Simon Caulfield said “Brisbane’s luxury real estate market is undergoing a significant transformation”.
“Where interstate buyers were prevalent, local buyers are now equally willing to pay the premium rates commanded for luxury full-floor residences,” he said.
