Toowong’s One Earle Lane development is bringing to market its final eight residential offerings, including six apartments and two penthouses after 90 per cent of the development has sold out. “These residences showcase Azure’s commitment to delivering a unique blend of luxury and contemporary living to Toowong,” Mr Kiernan said.

“One Earle Lane’s final release delivers a diverse range of residences to cater for a range of buyers looking for a luxurious and sophisticated lifestyle that truly feels like home.”

Property developer Azure has enlisted Queensland’s top agents, Simon and Courtney Caulfield from Place Estate Agents, to sell the remaining eight apartments in One Earle Lane.

Mrs Caulfield said the high-end apartment market is showing resilience despite recent fluctuations, and they’re noticing sustained interest from buyers, even in the face of tight supply conditions.

“Brisbane’s unit market has experienced the second-highest capital growth nationally, with a notable growth rate of 14.8 per cent over the past 12 months,” she said.

Mr Caulfield said buyers of the One Earle Lane Penthouse Collection will be spoiled for choice when buying into the collection.

“Buyers in the high-end property market are looking for more than just a place to live – they seek a lifestyle statement that encapsulates luxury, security, and convenience,” he said.

“While amenities certainly play a role, recent growth rates in unit prices in Brisbane have heightened the sense of urgency among buyers, and we expect to see this consistent in One Earle Lane.”

One Earle Lane’s two remaining penthouses are priced at an astounding $3.6m, with park and city views on the northern facade and expansive balconies.

The final six apartments are part of the project’s Parkview Collection which includes three-bedrooms, a multipurpose room, 2.5 bathrooms and two car parking spaces.
