Some are never-to-be repeated sites, like the sole remaining waterfront house backed by apartment buildings in Caloundra, less than an hour north of Brisbane CBD. The mortgagee took over 37 Warne Terrace and put it back on the market, giving buyers a fresh chance to buy what was once known as the best beach block in Australia.
Real estate agent Iain Simms of Henzells Agency is running an expressions of interest campaign closing midday on June 24 for the property which was built in 1984 and comes with high density residential zoning that allows buildings of about four storeys with parking.
