The estate called Waterfall Retreat is at 55 Trail Road, Maleny, which Mr McNamara said was “an unparalleled opportunity to acquire a slice of paradise” 2km from Maleny town, 39km from the beaches of the Sunshine Coast and 97km from Brisbane.
He said the property was “unique for several reasons” including its five main private waterfalls “some of which can be viewed from both residences” plus “numerous small waterfalls along the spring fed creeks”.

He said the architecturally designed home was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wrights “Falling Water” sitting above a 30m waterfall.
The property has a main residence designed to capture the views and sounds of the rainforest, as well as a separate self-contained studio that could be a private sanctuary or Airbnb listing.
